Job Description

Develop and deliver comprehensive Tally courses tailored for CA enthusiasts, including theoretical and practical components.
Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students, helping them to master Tally ERP software and accounting principles.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Tally ERP software and accounting standards to ensure the curriculum remains current.
Assess student progress through evaluations, assignments, and practical assessments.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
Provide guidance and support to students regarding career opportunities and industry insights.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Tally ERP software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Previous experience in teaching or tutoring in a formal or informal setting, particularly in accounting or finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Passionate about accounting and committed to helping students achieve their professional goals.

Skills:

Mastery of Tally ERP software, including data entry, inventory management, payroll, GST, and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting concepts, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
Ability to demonstrate and explain complex software functions and accounting principles in an accessible manner.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations.
Digital skills, including familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools, are a plus.
