Job Responsibilities
Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and Other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on product/service queries and gives them the right solutions.
Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.
Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the Team Head and Reporting Manager.
Maintain high quality of client supportin the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills in English/Tamil/Hindi/Kannada /Telugu (at least 3 languages proficient)
Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus.
