Defines, refines, executes and communicates search strategies. Acts as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses, functions and technologies. Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Documents and evaluates recruiting and candidate interview process. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. Professionals at the higher levels may specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches. Manages tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent. May conduct employment background checks. May work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns. May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within our India operations. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that our hiring process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company s strategic goals.

What you will be doing:
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and associate referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Proactively headhunt candidates for niche roles.
Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinating and managing the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Providing timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
Advising hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Ensuring clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and local labor laws.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Working closely with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Providing regular updates to senior management and leaders on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Contributing to the development and promotion of the company s employer brand.
Participating in and organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Creating and managing job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Healthcare IT industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
