YOUR ROLE
As our first-ever Talent Sourcing Coordinator, you will work closely with our global Talent Acquisition team based in New Zealand to support ZURU Group's recruitment and pipeline building efforts. Your role is to screen and shortlist applicants, market map, source and pipeline exceptional talent across various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Business, spanning the globe (Europe, Asia, North/South America, ANZ) utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. Annually, we hire 100+ positions worldwide, providing you with a great variety of positions and learning opportunities. You have the pivotal role of using LinkedIn Recruiter's unique filters and upskill on Boolean search techniques to find exceptional profiles who match the brief, save them into Excel sheet pipelines, and pass them on to our global Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers. You will also support in defining and improving our overall sourcing process and framework, ensuring effective cross-border collaboration with the ultimate goal of having a direct impact on driving Speed & Quality in our global hiring efforts. This will contribute to a successful start of ZURU's in-house Talent Sourcing Function in India. Although this position is part of the Global People and Culture team (based in NZ), you will sit amongst our Influencer Sourcing Team, allowing you to enjoy a collaborative sourcing environment and incredible people to learn from. Even though this is a truly global position, you will work in India Standard Time.

You are a quick learner who can understand details of a new position brief, connect the dots, and find suitable profiles swiftly. You utilize Google search, ChatGPT, and YouTube to obtain a deep understanding of our open vacancies, enabling you to spot outstanding profiles. You have a curious mindset and are eager to upskill in all things sourcing. Sourcing is all about grit. You show a great sense of grit by never giving up when facing obstacles in finding the best talent/profiles in talent-short markets.
CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand a recruitment or pipeline brief in detail. Proactively ask clarifying questions and conduct your own web research about possible target companies, experiences, skills, and educational backgrounds, as well as role specifics so that you can identify and source outstanding profiles.
Upskill on and use LinkedIn Recruiter. Dive deep into the unique filters and Boolean searches. Always stay ahead of the curve by constantly upskilling to reach sourcing excellence
Keep up to date with latest trends and new sourcing methods/LinkedIn updates.
Source with a focus on quality, not quantity.
Keep our sourcing Excel sheets or Application Tracking System (Lever) tidy and up-to-date.
Upskill on our Application Tracking System (Lever) to drive the efficiency of cross-border collaboration.
Review profiles and CVs and shortlist the best ones for our TA team to reach out to.
Support in improving the overall sourcing framework by making suggestions for better operations.
SKILLS & MINDSET REQUIRED
