Job Description

  • The Talent Sourcer/Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for various niche positions within the company
  • You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

    You will:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for open positions.
    • Engage with candidates through phone calls , emails, and social media to build relationships and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the interview process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
    • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
    • Provide support to the recruitment team as needed, including assistance with special projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks.
    You ll be a great match if you:
    • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech industry.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
