The Talent Sourcer/Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for various niche positions within the company. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
You will:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for open positions.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls , emails, and social media to build relationships and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
- Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
- Provide support to the recruitment team as needed, including assistance with special projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks.

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
