Happydemic is an initiative started by Radhika Mukherji, Singer Shaan's wife & Amar Pandit, Managing Director of My Financial Advisor & Happyness Factory. The company was launched on 17th April 2016 with a vision to spread happiness in the lives of artists and customers.

Job Title: Artist and Client Relations (Songstruck) (https://happydemic.com/songstruck)
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with clients and artists via calls or emails to manage event details
- Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the artist.
- Assign the right artist based on region and manage their availability, pricing, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with both clients and artists.
- Ensure successful event delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and testimonials from clients and artists
- Find and onboard new artists for Songstruck.
- Keep accurate records of events in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management when required.
- Work with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments to artists.
Experience: 1 - 2 years in a talent management role.
