Position: Talent Manager

Genesis Media is all about creating engageing content and Influencer Marketing, Content Production, Performace Marketing and Events. We're looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and help us find and work with great influencers and content creators and artists.
What You'll Do:
- Find and recruit influencers across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Handle interviews and help new influencers get started with us.
- Be the go-to person for our influencers, making sure they're happy and supported.
- Work with our marketing team to plan and run influencer campaigns.
- Ensure influencers deliver content on time and follow campaign guidelines.
- Discuss and finalize contracts with influencers, ensuring everyone gets a fair deal.
- Keep an eye on how our campaigns are doing and share reports with the team.
- Help influencers grow their personal brands and improve their content.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for our talent.
- Plan and help influencers create engaging content.
- Send out cold emails and make calls to potential influencers.
- Reach out to brands for potential collaborations and partnerships.
- Handle brand/influencer executions, ensuring smooth and successful campaign delivery.
- Generate brand collaborations for influencers and in-house talent.
- Attend industry events and network with leaders and brands for potential collaborations.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is great.
- Experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
- You know your way around social media and influencer trends.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- You're organized and pay attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with fintech influencers.
- Understanding of contract law.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and analytics.
