Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with candidates to understand their skills, experiences, and job preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies for marketing candidates resumes to potential employers.
- Manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable employment opportunities.
- Liaise between candidates and potential employers, facilitating communication and interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job application process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the U.S. job market, particularly in sectors relevant to our candidates.
- Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for both candidates and employers.
Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection as the position is fully remote.
- Possession of a personal laptop with adequate specifications for efficient work performance.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
