Responsibilities
Responsible
for full-life cycle recruitment for all levels. both Delivery and Non- Delivery
Responsible
for meeting the defined SLAs
Accountable
for hiring deliverables
Responsible
for managing and meeting hiring manager's expectations. This includes
requirement gathering, setting up SLAs, weekly status calls and reports
Responsible
for providing periodic status update to TA head and hiring managers
Collaborate
with other BET (Business Enablement Team) such as PMO, HR, Finance, Legal,
Presales etc.
Responsible
for driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract
and acquire talent in the market all the while ensuring their alignment with
industry best practices
Responsible
for sourcing and screening of candidates through referrals, social media, and
other sources and build a strong talent pipeline for the service offerings and
geographies
Responsible
for taking the candidate through the interview process
Responsible
for negotiating contract clauses, rates, salary etc with the candidate
Responsible
for designing of interview panels, creating strong assessment criteria
Responsible
for maintaining and updating recruitment related trackers and reports
Responsible
for managing all recruitment activities (Requirement gathering, Sourcing, Job
Posting, Interviews, Compensation negotiations & approvals, offer release
process and BGV)
Responsible
for maintaining QMS/ISMS standards
Participate
in the daily/weekly meeting
