Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience in technology hiring for product startups. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and securing high-caliber tech talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product startups to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and job applications, conducting preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and maintain open communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various technical roles, including software developers, engineers, architects, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and provide expert guidance on market trends and hiring strategies.
- Ensure timely and successful closures of technical positions while maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technology hiring, preferably in product startup environments.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including key technical roles and skill sets.
- Proven ability to source candidates via multiple channels, with hands-on experience in using job portals and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
