What you will be doing:
You will be managing a team of between 3 and 10 Talent Acquisition individuals & will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, ensuring delivery and continuous improvement of Coordinator team.
You will ensure team are providing best candidate/stakeholder satisfaction on hiring process- arrange and co-ordinate interviews with candidates and other multiple interviewers in a time efficient and cost effective way in line with recruitment metrics, ensuring any relevant travel is organized in line with ICON's travel policy
You will prepare all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessment (for example; interview templates, candidate CVs etc)
You will ensure the Workday system is updated to record interview details and relevant comments. You will also ensure full communication is provided to relevant team members and other stakeholders on changes or updates on candidates status/interviews.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment technology & action ATS changes as requested. You will also responsible to run recruitment reports as necessary.
You will be working with regional Talent Acquisition coordinators to assist with scheduling background checks, following the relevant process and other related hiring activities.
You will be responsible to build and maintain strong working relationships with the business, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant recruitment processes.
You will be managing day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
