Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other online platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and organizational fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in non-IT recruitment.
- Education: Any graduate with experience in recruitment or internship experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including job portals and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
