Responsibilities
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard A players for our expanding team across our multiple offices and functions.
- Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
- Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
- Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
- Manage end to end recruitment process.
- Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
- Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.
- Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
- Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research..
Skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build & analyze reports.
- Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
- Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
- Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 4 -7 years of experience in volume hiring and recruitment for technology business
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
- Experience in candidate assessment and management.
