Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Workassist in Mumbai. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong interviewing skills
• Ability to source and attract top talent
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the IT and Operations industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
