Mandatory Skills:
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- Technical understanding of technology, SaaS, and related domains.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
2. Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
3. Build Pipeline and Interview Process:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Design and refine interview processes to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.
4. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.
5. Take Rounds of Interviews and Set Right Expectations:
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Clearly communicate role expectations, company culture, and growth opportunities.
6. Candidate Evaluation:
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
7. Reference Checks:
- Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications.
8. Offer Management:
- Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
9. Talent Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
10. Data and Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in technology/product recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using various sourcing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- High levels of ownership and responsibility.
- Technical understanding of technology, SaaS, and related domains.
