HR Executive (80 % Recruitment 20 % Operations )
Key Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment IT Sector.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Scheduling interviews with hiring panels
Taking follow up for documents post selection
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Work closely with HR Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Operations.
Desired Skills:
Should be from IT recruitment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
