Talent Acquisition Specialist - Automotive Domain

We are looking for talented people to join our team and help us recruit the best talent for our automotive projects. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles in the automotive domain, such as engineers, designers, technicians, etc.

Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and referrals in the automotive industry

• Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, etc.

Negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates

• Providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Collaborating with hiring managers and HR team to understand the hiring needs and expectations

• Reporting and analyzing the recruitment metrics and trends

Staying updated on the latest developments and best practices in the automotive domain and talent acquisition field
