About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in tech and data science hiring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with US hiring practices and be adept at identifying and attracting top talent in the technology and data science sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in technology and science teams.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with US stakeholders to understand requirements, develop job descriptions and build an effective pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology and data science roles.
• Proven experience with US hiring practices and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Interest or prior experience in a life science sector is a plus.
