Roles & Responsibilities:

Take care of company's Vacant Position.

Make and develop company's hiring plan. Update JD's as per need

Find the right candidate according to the recruitment. Full fill the vacant position in the given time frame.

Source the candidate, taking tele phonic Interview.

Line up the Interview as per the availability of HOD.

Complete the joining formality. Documentation and Induction of new joining.

Should have minimum 2 years of Experience.Experience with internal Hiring would be good.
