The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
Process Management:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and extend offers to selected candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to increase company visibility.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn).

- Experience recruiting for technical positions in the IT/Tech industry.
