Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Notice: Immediate - 15 days
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience into Software Engineering/Cloud and SAAS.
- This will be an Individual contributor (IC) role.
- Strong end-end IT recruitment experience.
- Strong Stakeholder management.
- Will initially work behind a Talent Acquisition Lead but will need to be a headhunting mentality to find the IT talent.
- Must be strong with Software Engineering/Cloud and SAAS based products (ideally Tax software) and knows the pan India market.
- Manage full cycle (end-end) recruiting processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.
- Must have good hands-on experience on portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster and LinkedIn RPS.
- Effectively manage data using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and must be CRM savvy. Beamery is the preferred tool.
