Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment - This includes the identification, sourcing, and recruiting of Information Technology professionals nationwide for both contract and permanent positions.
- Handling the team functions viz., manpower planning, recruitment, and Screening Profiles of the Team.
- Handling a Team of Recruiters.
- Extensive working experience in IT Management services.
- Working closely with the Client to understand their business, translate their staffing needs, and provide them with the very best talent in the industry.
- As a recruiter have expedited recruitment via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high-caliber talent to meet current and future needs.
- Effectively utilized different channels for recruitment i.e. portal, internal database, headhunting, employee referrals, Referrals through network, vendor, etc. Actively participated in volume hiring through various sources.
- Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills, and aspirations (based on work, position, salary, relocation, etc.)
- Set up and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers of employment including salaries, joining bonuses, and NP on the Client's Behalf
- Maintain contact with offered candidates to ensure their conversion to employees. Focused on improving the proposal: selection: offer: and joining ratio.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist team members.
- High-quality time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent capability to creatively solve problems in a high-pressure environment.
- An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills as well as an enthusiastic and effective team player
- Experience in working and In-depth internet knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Job timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Working days: 5.5 days (Mon-Sat) Saturday are half day
