Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Implement sourcing methods for high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with managers on job specifications and candidate requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to presenting candidates.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and manage a talent pipeline.
Interviewing & Selection:
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Train managers on interview techniques and assessment tools.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the employer brand and ensure a strong online presence.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
Data & Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Provide updates on recruitment status and identify improvement areas.
Compliance & Onboarding:
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR and department heads on recruitment needs and talent development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth industries or global recruiting.
- Knowledge of labor laws related to hiring.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with occasional travel for recruitment events.
