Work from Office - Hybrid - 3days in a week / Location - Whitefield (near Kundalahalli Lake)
Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers/Team Leaders to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews internally and with clients
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Lead company branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Required Skills
Any UG and/or PG Graduates with 0.6-1 year of experience in IT Industry
Make candidates join the company on time
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Good Knowledge on sourcing and screening of profiles
Knowledge of foreign language will be an added advantage (French/German)
Excellent in creation of visuals, writing skills and use of any editorial graphics software
Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet deadlines
Experience in a fast-paced client focussed environment
Knowledge of social networks and how to use them (mainly LinkedIn)
Willing to stay for long term and support the company and grow in your career
Update communication channels: internal social network, TV, intranet
Creation and participation in the creation of internal documents
Communication relay with international coordinators (head office and other subsidiaries)
Organization of external events (recruitment event, clients)
Organization of internal events (agency meetings, seminars, customer events)
Must also play a role as communication officer to develop and follow-up action and communication plans frequently
