Prior experience in similar role
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, following-up, and managing candidate onboarding.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional
platforms)
Working with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly
qualified candidate pool.
Collecting and maintaining documentation for each applicant joining
Drive Employee Referral program across the floor and update the referrers on a timely basis
Closely coordinating with hiring managers on the current & future role requirements
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
Organize and run campus/college recruitment, walk in drive whenever feasible.
Maintaining the required database in excel and make sure all information is accurate and reported.
Onboarding and Background verification.

Pay: 450,000.00 - 650,000.00 per year
