Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Sarga Consultants. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position with a focus on talent acquisition in the IT, EMS, Defense, and Aerospace sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, recruitment agencies, and job postings
  • Screen and assess candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the role
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
