Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring internal recruiters who will support our clients in their staff augmentation needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for hiring internal recruiters to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internal recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of clients and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal recruiter positions, ensuring they meet the qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking, focusing on diverse talent pools.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and employment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in the staff augmentation sector.
- Represent industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment leadership role.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and the recruitment landscape, particularly in technology and IT sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
