About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Delhi NCR office on a third-party payroll basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding, with a focus on hiring top talent across various functions. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle pre-joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Stay updated with market trends and talent landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining regular communication.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition having experience in both technical and non-technical hiring
    • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred
