About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Delhi NCR office on a third-party payroll basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding, with a focus on hiring top talent across various functions. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Stay updated with market trends and talent landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining regular communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition having experience in both technical and non-technical hiring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
