Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our non-IT recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within a D2C brand environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in non-IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-IT positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate their suitability for the roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and other team members.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on non-IT roles, preferably within a D2C brand.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hiring for roles such as marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, and operations within a D2C environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
