Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our non-IT recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within a D2C brand environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
  2. Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-IT positions.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  4. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
  5. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to identify potential candidates.
  6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  7. Screening and Interviewing:
  8. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate their suitability for the roles.
  9. Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and other team members.
  10. Candidate Experience:
  11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  13. Data Management and Reporting:
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  15. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  16. Compliance and Best Practices:
  17. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  18. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on non-IT roles, preferably within a D2C brand.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hiring for roles such as marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, and operations within a D2C environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
