- Met the Requirement with Manager or Superior.
- Cold Calling & Prepare MIS.
- Identify the the Requirement of Manpower inside the Company & Full fill in the Given TAT.
- Well versed Experienced into Recruitment & Understand the Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Sourcing the Potential Candidates from various Job Portals, Social media & personal Reference.
- Screening, Shot listing, Taking interview on call & Scheduling the Interview accordingly Calendar.
- Taking care all End to End Recruitment Activities inside as an HR Recruiter & Talent Acquisition.
Required:-
- Any Graduate & Equivalent.
- Experienced 1-3 Years & good Communication Skills.
- Location-Faridabad.
