Role Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization in India. This position requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the Indian job market. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
