What is Mentor Match
Mentor Match is an online teaching platform. Our private tuition service connects students 1-on-1 with a top teacher for their selected subject. This teacher will take them through the study material from start to finish in a series of 1-hour sessions over live video call.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the interview process, including conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and preparing employment contracts.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous internship experience in an HR role is a plus!
Work Timings & Location :
- In office @ Alwarpet
- Monday to Saturday
- Timings - 11:30am to 8:30pm
