Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to comprehend job requirements effectively.
- Draft and review job descriptions in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Source and screen suitable candidates for vacant positions.
- Conduct initial HR interviews across all levels of recruitment.
- Liaise with placement agencies as necessary to bolster candidate pipelines.
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and ensure timely hiring cycles.
- Prepare and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes and maintain ongoing communication with new hires.
- Oversee all joining formalities and induction programs.
- Manage and update personal documentation for all candidates.
- Conduct employment reference checks as needed.
- Work towards enhancing the company's brand image.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for HR generalist duties at the corporate level.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a Manufacturing company
- Any graduate with specialization degree in HR
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent MS office skills
