- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social
- platforms.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview
- assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Be informed of the hiring trends and other advancements in the field.
- Managing the end-to-end Recruitment Process
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other
- stakeholders.
- Relationship Management
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Stakeholder management (Hiring Manager/Functional Heads/peers)
- Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process.
- Collaborating and coordinating with Hiring Partners for day-to-day activities.
