Job Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top IT talent and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
Location : Remote - Anywhere in India
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top IT talent.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
