Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions and specifications.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's brand and culture through various recruitment channels and events.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry organizations.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data to continuously improve hiring processes.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
