Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruiting for the construction or infrastructure sectors. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction/infrastructure industry.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate selection process.
- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Managing job postings and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- X years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Solid understanding of construction job roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and professional positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to construction/infrastructure.
