Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Both Freshers and 0-1 year experienced candidates in sales are preferred
Location: Bangalore (Work from our office)
I'm looking for a TA professional with hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring(Sales Hiring), particularly in the EdTech Industry. This experience is mandatory as we continue to scale our operations at Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Key Requirements:
-Fresher with MBA background are preferred
-1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (EdTech experience is a must).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple positions effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
-Strong sourcing skills with the ability to reach and engage passive candidates.
