Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Handling end-to-end international recruitment process for IT requests across all levels for
external global clients.
- Work closely and take regular follow ups with the respective hiring/Reporting Managers and candidates to ensure.
- Timeliness of recruitment process.
- Performing full life cycle recruiting including-identifying and understanding the requirement received, sourcing.
- Potential candidates (both domestic and international), screening potential candidates, conducting interviews.
- Making job offer to the selected candidates & onboarding.
- Taking care of all HR activities staring from on boarding till Off boarding of the employees.
- Manage and build good relationships with the internal stakeholders to ensure effective staffing communication.
- Processes, performance, and operations are in place.
- Maintaining and managing the employee documentation and fillings.
- Addressing and managing BGV checks of new hires.
- Involved in hiring for Permanent, Contract and Third-party payrolls as well
