SUB-PROCESS BRIEF
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve a crucial role at FactSet, finding top talent in the market that has the talents and qualifications for distinct jobs. The ideal candidate can frame strong relationships with leading colleges/universities around the world. In addition, they promote the best experience to all candidates by promoting FactSet's values, culture and mission. The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Team is to give the best experience to all candidates by promoting FactSet's values, culture and mission.
Responsibilities:
Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Communicate closely with stakeholders, employees and vendors
Mentor the team on new processes and challenges
May take on a single team management responsibility (as appropriate)
Facilitate the on-boarding process and conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of company policies/procedures
Collaborate with hiring managers and design recruitment plans
Required Skills:
Ability to handle tasks with independence, seeking minimal guidance
2-4 years experience in an HR or recruiting role
Can produce solutions to problems
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and unpredictable workloads
Pro-active about answering and prioritizing enhancements requests, issues or problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
Ability to travel to international and domestic company events as needed
