Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding activities and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
- Strong knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using recruitment software and online platforms
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in the executive search industry is a plus
