HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, building a talent pool, and efficiently hiring for current organizational needs. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a definite plus.
RequirementsBackground:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or any other HRTech platform for talent sourcing and management
Skills:
- Expertise in creating and maintaining a talent pool of prospective employees, freelancers, and intern.
- Ability to understand the roles.
- Strong networking skills to establish connections with college placement cells, institutions, and libraries.
- Ability to research competitors smartly and conduct interviews with their employees to identify potential talent or understand skillset.
- Proficient in recruiting interns and need-based roles, with experience in managing recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with various recruitment mediums, including job boards, intern platforms, and agencies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create and manage recruitment campaigns and forms.
- Proactive in building networks and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to enhance employer brandings.
