Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings through proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the overall selection process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication at each stage.
- Negotiate job offers and collaborate with the HR team to finalize employment contracts and onboarding procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience-
- 2-4 years of experience as Talent acquisition specialist or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- To be aligned and participate in Organization initiatives.
- Adds value to the business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge of the business.
