Brief about the Profile
Profile Name: Team Builder Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR.
Required Experience: 3 - 5 years.
Number of position: 1 .
Salary Range: 5 to 6 LPA.
Location: Western line- (Churchgate to Virar).
Type: Full Time and Work from office Skills.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibility
Should have experience into End to end IT Recruitment.
Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites & references.
Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement .
Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per needs & their suitability.
Scheduling Virtual and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates.
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database.
Conducting In person interviews and Virtual Interviews.
Creating MOM of the Virtual round interviews.
Conducting all required round or test for the right selection.
Verifying salary proof before final round.
To be in touch with candidates till they join.
Proactively checking for all seating arrangement, laptop etc.
Keeping welcome kit ready.
Assisting Sr. HR in the induction.
Completing Background Verifications of shortlisted candidates.
Completing the pre joining formalities.
Constantly working on new ways of Recruitment.
Tie up with placement coordinators, new recruitment portal/ app.
Keeping the profile updated on social media platforms.
