Are you a savvy Talent Acquisition enthusiast If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with top talent.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.
Are you the one
- Identify and utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, including onboarding.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with ATS systems
- Minimum 6 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.+
