Position Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end hiring of White collar and Blue collar Managers & Executives that provides the roles of support functions across the Corporate Office.
Experience : 5 to 8years
Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition
Functional Responsibilities :
Attract and select the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments
Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process.
Special Responsibilities :
Handle workplace issues and employee grievances.
Handle the orientation of new talents that are onboarded.
Set up a work culture and ensure the culture is held on forever.
Design & Operate, a system to keep a check on attrition rate.
Embed a work culture and the system to drop the attrition rate.
Since this is not a corporate set up, a new set up will her designed and the set up has to be followed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Establish and develop effective working relationships with all employees, the Official team and Creative team.
Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the current working team, by felicitating the right orientation.
MIS and Analytics:
To manage the database of employees, vendors and provide MIS (management information system) reports from time to time as per business requirement with actionable insights.
