Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Budget: 2.4 LPA to 4.2 LPA

• Manage PAN India Recruitment
• Prepare Job descriptions for various job positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates using various platform like Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, social media etc.
• Arranging walking drives/ Recruitment Drives for PAN India.
• Responsible for prescreening of resumes to identify suitable candidates and coordinate with manager for further round of interview.
• Prepare and roll out job offers and conduct closer calls to roll out job offers.
• Timely email for feedback, pre-confirmation and job offer to candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Initiate and process for onboarding of new joining candidate on HRMS
• Conduct induction program for all new joining candidates.
