Talent Acquisition Specialist at PyjamaHR
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters and facilitating the completion of the required paperwork.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all phases of the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and ATS, to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be an added advantage.
SALARY RANGE: 4 - 4.5 LPA
