Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate IT Recruiter. As an Associate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent in IT for for our clients across the US. This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers who are eager to embark on a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and initial interviews, to determine their suitability and fitment for our Client's requirements.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring open and effective communication to keep them engaged and informed about the recruitment process.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand their specific needs and provide them with high-quality, pre-qualified candidates.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the quality of our talent pool.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in a past-paced dynamic environment
Maximum 2 years of Recruitment Experience
Salary Range:
3LPA (Fixed) + Variable
